We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, pages or features used, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Rocketspace, personalize your workspace, process requests, maintain security, communicate about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We use information only as needed to operate the service and support the business-building work you ask Rocketspace to perform.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or process payments for Rocketspace. They may use information only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or Rocketspace, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your workspace information for another company's independent marketing.
Your choices
You can review and update account information through your workspace. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Account and service communications may still be sent when necessary.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Rocketspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practical.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Rocketspace evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
