By creating an account or using Rocketspace, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Rocketspace is intended to help you organize, plan, and act on business work. You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
Your workspace and content
You retain ownership of the information and content you add to Rocketspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to add content, invite collaborators, and use information in your workspace.
AI-assisted output
Rocketspace may generate suggestions, summaries, plans, or other AI-assisted output. Output is provided for general informational and operational support and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
Rocketspace does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Use qualified professionals where your decision requires them.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented when you subscribe. You authorize charges for the plan you select until you cancel. Our Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.
We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable advance notice for future billing periods.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Rocketspace, interfere with its operation, access data without authorization, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to violate law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the service, users, or others.
Disclaimers and limits
Rocketspace is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Rocketspace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Rocketspace evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law.
